Jig Junkie respects the privacy of its visitors and customers and will NOT pass on personal details to anyone or any entity. We believe your private details should be kept just that...PRIVATE, and we guarantee that when you share confidential information with us it goes no further. No confidential information is stored at JigJunkie.com. For customer protection, any customer data is stored offline in a locked and sealed container completely separate from online access. JigJunkie.com does not maintain a customer database; therefore, it presents little to no value to would-be hackers.
We use PayPal for e-commerce transactions and have no control over their processes or security. Please check PayPal's privacy policy for all information regarding their policies on this matter. PayPal is by no means affiliated with JigJunkie.com other than to facilitate transaction purchases.
Occasionally, we may use your e-mail address to communicate with you about orders, delivery status, product availability, or special promotions. If you wish to remove your name from our email lists, simply follow the instructions provided at the bottom of the email you receive or reply to the email and write REMOVE in the subject line of any email you receive from us. From time to time we may use the data about your purchases to provide you with online information about new products or services. We will treat all communications with you as confidential, whether on the telephone, by mail or online.
Shipping
International (outside the United States) We wish we could make the high costs for International shipments lower, but unfortunately we are at the mercy of the United States Post Office. We ask that all International customers contact us prior to purchase to discuss estimated shipment costs. We often need to do a separate invoice to ensure International customers are not over charged. Jig Junkie will not be responsible for any customs duty at the designated port of entry.Domestic (within United States) We ship within 3-5 business days. In
some cases, we ship next business day; however, this is not guaranteed.
There are instances when we just get swamped with orders! Larger orders
will take longer to account for added production time.
